Icy and Sot are two Iranian artists and brothers. Icy born in 1985 and Sot in 1991 started street art in Iran. They then moved to New York in 2008 for more freedom and political creativity. The duo was being limited within their stencils in Iran. They are commonly named the Banksys' from Iran.
