Delivery
1 – Terms and delivery times
The customer can pick up directly from The Gallery on appointment in Hong Kong only. Our location is open from 11 AM to 7 PM from Monday to Saturday. For this option, please let us know in your order note or email us at bonjour@lepiceriefineart.com.
Otherwise for deliveries, please check the information below for delivery in Hong Kong and international deliveries (Outside Hong Kong).
2 – Delivery
2.1 - Delivery in Hong Kong will be made at The Gallery expenses, packed and protected and delivered in hand by a staff from The Gallery or by courier. This service is free of charge for artworks based in Hong Kong for buyers based in Hong Kong.
2.2. - We have 5 different rates for international delivery which are based on the artworks sizes and it's weight.
- HK$ 350: Work on Paper shipping (Tube or flat shipment)
- HK$ 1500: Small Artwork Shipping (Up to 40 x 40 cm)
- HK$ 2000: Medium Artwork Shipping (From 40 x 40 cm up to 80 x 80 cm)
- HK$ 2500: Large Artwork Shipping (Above 80 x 80 cm)
- HK$ 2500: Sculpture and Heavy Artworks Shipping (Above 10 kg)
Every artwork can be group ordered even if the artworks shipment can be done separately. We will in that case send you several tracking numbers.
2.3 - Delivery of artworks to Hong Kong from our artists studio based outside of Hong Kong will be at the client expenses by Air Courier Companies such as DHL, UPS, FEDEX or any relevant Air Courier Companies the Gallery wishes to work with. All sent artworks are custom pack with cardboards with inside protections and will be insured. It usually takes one (1) to two (2) weeks to have the artwork delivered to The Client.
2.4 - Delivery outside Hong Kong will be made with Air Courier Companies such as DHL, UPS, SF Express, FEDEX or any other relevant Air Courier companies The Gallery wishes to work with. All sent artworks are custom pack with cardboards with inside protections and will be insured. It usually takes one (1) to two (2) weeks to have the artwork delivered to The Client.
3 – Claims due to damage
If any artwork is damaged on the arrival, The Client will have to send proof by pictures and email the Gallery. He should also check up the artwork when received by the Air Courier Company. As the artwork i insured, The Gallery will take care of the details for returning it to its location and The Client will be reimbursed by The Gallery within thirty (30) days from the claim.
