Refund policy
1. Return Policy
We do not have a return policy as every sale is final.
We do have an option which means in the case that an item is damaged at the arrival or is not the item you bought, we will replace it by another item or compensation.
If any artwork is damaged on the arrival, The Client will have to send proof by pictures and email the Gallery at bonjour@lepiceriefineart.com. He should also check up the artwork when received by the Air Courier Company. As the artwork is insured, signature delivery is needed. Please do check upon delivery if the item is already damaged and refuse it. The Gallery will take care of the details for returning it to its location and The Client will be reimbursed by The Gallery within thirty (30) days from the claim. You have five (5) days after receiving your item to request a return in such case. Otherwise, all sales are final and we won't be able to proceed to your request.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected the item returned in any case item was damaged during shipping. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
