Alpha & Omega (3) - Yim Wai Wai

Graduated from the Fine Arts Department, the Chinese University of Hong Kong in 1982 and obtained a Higher Certificate in Studio Ceramics with distinction from the Hong Kong Polytechnic in 1991. Appointed as the Honorary Resident Artist at the Hong Kong Institute of Education in 2012 & 2013 and the Museum Expert Adviser, the Leisure & Cultural Services Department, HKSAR from 2014 to 2022. Founded The Hong Kong Ceramics Research Society in 2015 and presently sitting the president and research coordinator of the society. Her work entered “The 8th International Ceramics Competition Mino, Japan”. A number of works have been collected by museums and cultural institutes in Hong Kong and Japan.
