Collection: Binokl

Rémi Larson, Aka Binokl is a French artist born in 1982. He started to paint when he was a child. His inspiration is coming generally from the urban culture, its music and its first generation of street artists such as Basquiat or Mist to only name them.

His universe starts with a marker until the shape repeats itself over and over to get saturated. His hypnotic style has then evolve in somewhat more graphic and more clean. His spontaneity has now made him work on different mediums such as paper, canvas, wood or even glass.

Today, Binokl focuses on his studio works . Between complexity and minimalism, he can now evolve, within his different skills and techniques, to experience more mediums and his abstraction. Mixing acrylic, spray paint, tear posters and markers, Binokl has created his own universe which is full of poetry.
